I desperately wish our road-trip had not ended. There is something to be said of a lifestyle where you allow for no distractions other than having to choose a destination every day. Even if it meant riding in the car for 8 hours, I felt far more fulfilled at the end of the day than I do now. The open road is pretty good at provoking self-realization.
I wish our lives allowed for such minimalism without impeding on our futures.
