Well, got a bit of a surprise today, via email. I guess somewhere back around Thanksgiving I misunderstood something I read about being an Emerging Iowa Artist….. It’s NOT a 2-year deal. You are limited to being SELECTED twice. Crap.
Well, I suppose I will just reapply this year, and hope for the best. I really would like to do it again, so I can utilize everything I learned this...
